James Martin has always enjoyed serving other people, which is why he found the restaurant business to be the perfect industry for him. He is passionate about great food, good service, and teamwork, and enjoys all aspects of leadership development.

Throughout his career, James has been fortunate to work with and learn from incredible leaders. He feels that the best way he can be of service to others is to help lift future leaders by teaching them what he knows.
