Polly’s Pies Kicks Off Fifth Annual “Pie for the People” Campaign

PLACENTIA, Calif. — (May 22, 2026) – Summer at Polly’s Pies means fresh-baked pies cooling on the counter, coffee poured hot and neighbors finding little ways to look out for one another. Starting May 22, Polly’s is bringing that spirit back with the return of its fifth annual “Pie for the People” initiative, the brand’s community giveback campaign inviting guests to help share a slice of gratitude with those who serve.

Through July 6, guests at Polly’s 12 Southern California locations can purchase donation items in-store or online that Polly’s will donate directly to first responders, active-duty military members and veterans. This year’s campaign introduces two new donation options alongside a returning guest favorite, giving guests even more ways to participate:

With 13,278 pies already raised, Polly’s is calling on the community to help reach a new goal of 6,000 pies by Independence Day. Deliveries will be coordinated through local VA hospitals, military platoons and service organizations.

“We’re proud to give back to those who’ve given so much,” said Polly’s Pies’ Director of Brand Marketing Jacklyn Mitosinka. “Every pie is a small but meaningful way to say thank you and show appreciation to the heroes in our neighborhoods.”

  • $5 Slice of Pie
  • $10 Pack of Cookies
  • $15 Whole Pie

Every donated pie, cookie pack and slice helps Polly’s and its guests give back to those who serve local communities. Donated items will be delivered to local VA hospitals, military platoons, first responder stations and service organizations throughout Southern California.

“Polly’s has always been about gathering around the table and taking care of one another,” said Jacklyn Mitosinka, Director of Brand Marketing. “Pie for the People gives our guests a simple way to spread a little kindness to those who serve our communities, one dessert at a time.”

Polly’s will also host a series of “Breakfast with First Responders” at select locations, where guests can meet local police service members and firefighters, enjoy breakfast together and participate in giveaways and community activities. Guests can visit Polly’s Facebook page to find participating locations and events.
