We recommend choosing Tuesday or early morning Wednesday for a faster pick-up process! We will hold your order for one hour after the specified pickup time.
CAN I PICK UP MY FEAST HOT?
Due to the large volume of orders during the holidays, all feasts, sides, quiches, etc. can only be picked up cold and will require heating.
DO I NEED TO STORE MY PIE IN THE REFRIGERATOR?
Cream and Meringue pies should be stored in the refrigerator. For bake at home pies, keep in the freezer until you are ready to bake! Do not thaw.
HOW DO I REHEAT MY FEAST AND/OR SIDES?
You can view our heating instructions here. We will also provide you with a printed copy when you pick up your order!
CAN I MAKE ALTERATIONS TO MY PIE OR FEAST?
Unfortunately, Polly’s cannot accommodate special requests during this time due to the large volume of orders. This includes adding whipped cream to a pie or swapping sides out in a feast. However, you can add pints of whipped cream and additional sides to your order, located in the “Sides & Extras” category.
CAN I ORDER MY TURKEY SLICED INSTEAD OF WHOLE?
We are only offering whole turkeys this year and are unable to slice them to order. If you are looking for a sliced option, we do have sliced glazed ham available for pre-order!
