CAN I PICK UP MY FEAST HOT?

Due to the large volume of orders during the holidays, all feasts, sides, quiches, etc. can only be picked up cold and will require heating.

DO I NEED TO STORE MY PIE IN THE REFRIGERATOR?

Cream and Meringue pies should be stored in the refrigerator. For bake at home pies, keep in the freezer until you are ready to bake! Do not thaw.

HOW DO I REHEAT MY FEAST AND/OR SIDES?

You can view our heating instructions here. We will also provide you with a printed copy when you pick up your order!

CAN I MAKE ALTERATIONS TO MY PIE OR FEAST?

Unfortunately, Polly’s cannot accommodate special requests during this time due to the large volume of orders. This includes adding whipped cream to a pie or swapping sides out in a feast. However, you can add pints of whipped cream and additional sides to your order, located in the “Sides & Extras” category.

CAN I ORDER MY TURKEY SLICED INSTEAD OF WHOLE?

We are only offering whole turkeys this year and are unable to slice them to order. If you are looking for a sliced option, we do have sliced glazed ham available for pre-order!

Holiday Meal Heating Instructions

All items may be heated in a conventional or microwave oven. If using microwave, place food items into microwave safe containers, cover, vent, and make sure temperature reaches 165°. Times and temperatures in these instructions are approximate. All items must be heated to a minimum internal temperature of 165°. Thermometer should be inserted into the thickest part of the food in the center of the pan. If not eating immediately after pickup, keep all items refrigerated until ready to heat.

Whole Turkey

Conventional Oven- Approximate time: 1 Hour 8 minutes

1 hour oven time, 8 minutes rest

  • Make room for turkey in your oven.
  • Remove any racks above the bottom rack.
  • Your bagged turkey should not touch any part of the hot oven.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°
  • Remove the bagged turkey, foil pan, and container of roasting jus from the refrigerator 20 minutes before you’re ready to place your turkey in the oven.
  • When you are ready to re-heat your bird, open the oven safe bag and pour the roasting jus on top of the turkey.
  • Twist the bag closed and use the tie to secure. (It’s OK if there’s a little air in the bag.) Your bird is now ready for the oven.
  • Place roasting pan with bagged turkey on bottom shelf of preheated oven.
  • Cook for approximately 1 hour.
  • Remove pan from oven and let sit for 5-8 minutes.
  • Remove bird from bag, and prepare to serve.
  • Reserve or discard the roasting jus.
  • Enjoy!

Quiche Heating Instructions

Quiche – Prebaked and Refrigerated

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
