1. Eligibility:

The Polly’s Pies Aloha Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Polly’s Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period:

The Sweepstakes begins on May 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 20, 2026.

3. How to Enter:

To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must either:
a) Sign up for Polly’s Perks eClub for the first time, or
b) Update their existing Polly’s Perks profile during the Sweepstakes period.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a Super73 E-Bike. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize will be disclosed at the time of winner notification. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Polly’s Pies.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Polly’s Pies on or about July 27, 2026, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted directly using the information provided in their eClub profile. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Polly’s Pies, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Polly’s Pies reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Polly’s Pies in its sole discretion.

7. Publicity Release:

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Polly’s Pies’ use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. Privacy:

Any personal information collected through the Sweepstakes will be subject to Polly’s Pies’ Privacy Policy.
