Jacklyn Mitosinka

As Director of Brand Marketing, Jacklyn designs new remodels, helps with menu development, heads up community involvement, and catering. She is currently serving as President of the KFC SOCAL AD Board. Her focus is helping a great 50+ year old brand at Polly’s evolve into the future, while keeping the original charm of the brand. *Fun Fact* The founder of Polly’s, Eddie, had eight children. Jacklyn is the daughter of Eddie’s 7th child, making her a third generation great! As the future unfolds, Jacklyn continues to help create a brand that will be around for the next 50+ years so that her own Grandchildren can be part of the 5th Generation of Polly’s and the Polly’s Way!
